How to Practice Gratitude Daily

2. Express It: Tell the people in your life what you appreciate about them. Gratitude strengthens relationships.

3. Incorporate Gratitude into Visualization: At my workshops, we pair visualization with gratitude, imagining our goals as already achieved and feeling thankful for them in advance.
